Veggie Cream Cheese

(Makes 1 1/2 Cups)

Ingredients:
1/2 Cup Carrots, diced
1/2 Cup Broccoli, raw and chopped
1 Tbsp Chives, diced
1 Small Garlic Clove
1/2 Tsp Salt
1 8oz Pkg. Cream Cheese, softened

Directions:
1. Place the first 5 ingredients in a food processor and pulse until finely chopped.
2. Add the cream cheese and puree until combined and smooth.
3. Serve with raw vegetables for no carbs and crackers for carbs. Use the box for amount of carbs.
