Ingredients:
2 pounds chicken breast (4 halves) boneless and skinless
¼ cup lime juice
½ cup lemon juice
4 tablespoons dijon mustard
1 teaspoon creole seasoning
**Serve with green beans and almonds and apple slices
1 pound fresh green beans
1 package slivered almonds
salt
2 medium apples
Directions:
In a skillet over medium heat, place chicken breasts. Add lemon juice and lime juice. Stir in the dijon mustard and creole seasoning. Cook, turning occasionally, until the chicken is done, about 15 minutes.
** Green beans: trim green beans, bring to a boil adding salt and slivered almonds. Boil for 10-15 minutes. Drain and serve with salt.
Slice apple in half and then slice and serve.
