(Makes 2 1/2 Cups)
2 Cups Edamame, hulled (I use frozen and defrost it)
2 Tbsp Tahini (pure ground sesame seed)
2 Tsp lemon juice
1/4 Cup Water
1 Small Clove Garlic
3 Tbsp Olive Oil
1/2 Tsp Salt
1/2 Tsp Cumin
1. Place all the ingredients in a food processor and puree.
2. Serve with pita chips.
**2 cups of edamame are 32 grams of carbs (approximately) and add in the pita chips from the package.
**Count carbs for the pita chips according to the nutritional information on the package.
