25 ounce bag frozen cheese ravioli
2 (14.5 oz) can diced tomatoes with juices
2 (8 oz) cans tomato sauce
1 cup onion, chopped
1 tablespoon Italian seasoning
1 teaspoon salt
½ cup water
8 ounces shredded mozzarella cheese
¼ cup grated parmesan cheese
1 cloves garlic, minced
**Serve with spinach salad
1 bag spinach
1 pint cherry tomatoes
Preheat oven to 400 degrees.
In a medium pot, combine diced tomatoes, tomato sauce, chopped onion, Italian seasoning, salt and water. Bring to a boil, stirring in garlic. Reduce heat and simmer for 45 minutes.
Cook ravioli in boiling water for 11 minutes. Drain.
In a 9X13 baking pan, layer the sauce and cooked ravioli. Top with the cheeses. Bake for 30 minutes.
