Smoothie

Ingredients:
1 cup frozen organic strawberries
1 cup skim milk
1 medium banana (6-7 inches)

Directions:
1. Pour all ingredients into a blender and mix until smooth.
2. Serve.

Nutritional Information:
Carbs: 47g for entire amount of smoothie, 23g for half (what I give Lily)
