2 pounds chicken breast, cut into 1 inch pieces
1 cup onion, chopped
2 cloves garlic, minced
¼ cup parsley, chopped fine
1 teaspoon salt
2 (15 oz.) cans cannellini beans
1 pound turkey kielbasa sausage
⅓ cup white wine, dry

Put the chicken breast in the bottom of a slow cooker. In a large bowl, stir together the beans, salt, parsley, onion, garlic, and turkey kielbasa.
Pour the bean mixture over the chicken in the slow cooker. Next, pour the wine on top. Cover and cook on low for 5 hours.
For Spinach Salad: Toss the spinach, desired amount of feta, tomato and olive oil. Salt as desired.
